This is the Sussex Folk Association (SusFA)'s list of folk events in Sussex.

lot of time.
IMPORTANT - Remember that whilst you and your friends may know what you mean by a 'Tea Dance', 'American Supper' or
'Playford Evening', many of the people out there do not. They need to be told what to expect at the
event in layman's terms.
Similarly whilst everyone you know, knows 'fred the caller', someone reading this may not. So brief information
on them would be useful, even if its 'fred needs no introduction as he's been a long term favourite with the club'.
Things people like/need to know:
1) what to expect - recorded or live music
2) something aout the caller and/or band
3) How energetic it will be
4) how much will it cost, do they neeed to get tickets beforehand or pay on the door?
5) where is it/how to get there
6) If there are refreshments
There is no limitation on the amount of text. We won't add pictures/logos to the events page as it will get too large
for people on dial-up
